In part 1 of this series we looked at why recovery is as important as the training you are doing, for achieving your fitness goals. Without the correct focus on recovery, you are not going to see the benefits of training. Leaving yourself susceptible to injury or burnout.
So what do we need to do to recover effectively?
Here in part 2 I’m going to share some of my top tips for recovery, both physical and mental, to ensure you have a long and happy relationship with fitness.
